Dumbo is our Kune Kune boar. He was born June 13th, 2023, and lives for affection. His big floppy ears are the source for his name and he will stick close to you whenever you come for a visit.
Delores is one of our gilt Kune Kunes. She was born June 22nd, 2023 and is the queen of belly flops. She looovvess a good tummy scratch and is extremely gentle. She is very passionate about her food and squeals at the sight of it coming her way.
Celeste is our other gilt Kune Kune. She and Delores are sisters, both born on June 23rd, 2023. Celeste got her name because of her sliver moon shape on her back. Delores is a little more timid but very chatty and also loves any affection.
Our resident barn kitty Smokey has been with us since September 2024. He is a great mouser, loves to be pet and has no issue jumping in your car or getting right in the middle of whatever your doing.
Honey is one of our pet Holland Lop bunnies. Honey was born September 2024 and will be used for showing at the Clark County Fair as part of our girls' 4H program.
Snowflake and Honey are sisters, both born in September 2024. Snowflake is also a bunny that will be used for our girls' 4H program.
Larry, Moe and Curley are Barbados Black Belly Sheep born December 2023. They are all ewes (females) and have no interest in being petted or having any human interaction for that matter. They are our resident lawnmowers and do a great job of keeping the pastures trimmed.
We currently have 7 Welsh Harlequin Ducks: 1 drake (male) and 6 hens (females). They are beautiful ducks that lay delicious eggs. 2 of the females were hatched here on the farm and we have plans to continue to expand our flock.
We currently have 15 chickens on the farm, 1 rooster (male) and 14 hens (female). The flock is a mix of Black Australorp, Golden Sex Link, Barred Rock, and Easter Egger. During the spring of 2024 one of our barred rock hens got broody and ended up hatching 9 chicks all on her own!
These are some of the wild animals you may spot while on our farm. In addition to these are those that are a little harder to photograph such as hawks, eagles, coyotes, and rabbits.
