Our garden is a place of growth, both food and knowledge. We have worked hard to ensure that our work is not only rehabilitating the soil after years of neglect but, also nourishing and improving it so that we leave it better than we found it.
We view the garden as a place of learning and believe that experimenting is the best way to determine what works best with our soil and climate. We believe in involving our children in both our successes and failures allows for understanding in not only where our food comes from but also the amount of work and care growing our food takes.
